Coo Coo Craft serves customers in over 100 countries worldwide. We typically ship your packages via international postal services.

After placing your order, we require approximately 1-3 days for processing and preparation, after which we will coordinate with the logistics company to dispatch your package. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 20 days.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check the customs regulations in your country and cover any applicable import taxes or fees.

Exchange or Return

Return Policy

At Coo Coo Craft, we accept returns and exchanges for regular merchandise. The eligibility for returns or exchanges depends on the status of the item as outlined below.

All product returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original, unaltered packaging (e.g., original strand).
  • Include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Retain the original Coo Coo Craft label and packaging.

Defective Products:

We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of delivery. Defective items can be returned for either a refund or a replacement. Coo Coo Craft will cover the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost (from China to the customer’s country). Customers should confirm with our service team for the most appropriate return shipping method.

Non-defective Products:

Non-defective products can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are not suitable for your needs, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

Large Quantity Orders:

For returns of large quantities, including items purchased with assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate the order total based on the actual items you keep. Returns of goods without the original packaging cannot be accepted.

How to Return Your Items:

As we offer international shipping, returns must be sent to different warehouses depending on the customer’s location. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact Coo Coo Craft’s customer service for a Return Authorization and the designated warehouse. All returns must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit, and the parcel should clearly indicate "return products."

Return Tips:

  1. Contact customer service at [email protected] to request the "return form." Complete the form and include it with your return shipment. Returns without this form will not be processed.

  2. Pack items carefully to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. Do not combine different items in one package.

  3. Clearly label the package as “Return Goods” to avoid customs fees.

  4. Please use your local postal service to arrange the return shipment.

  5. After receiving Return Authorization and the designated warehouse details, please ship the return package within 5 days and provide us with the tracking number and tracking website.

Refunds:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, whether it’s credit card, PayPal, check, or a credit to your Coo Coo Craft account. If we cannot process a refund to your credit card (e.g., expired or closed accounts), the refund will be credited to your account for future purchases.

  • Refund Amount: Items returned in their original, pristine condition are eligible for a full refund based on the original purchase price, using the same payment method.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be processed through Coo Coo Craft. Products exchanged for the same item will be priced at the same discount as the original order. Other items will be priced as a new order. Any overpayment will be refunded.

FAQs

How can I track my package?

Packages come in two types: trackable and non-trackable. If your order value is less than $30, we do not provide registered mail service in order to save on shipping costs. If your order value exceeds $30, you can find your tracking number in your account under the "Orders" section. From there, you can use the tracking number to check your package status on the relevant logistics company's website. Instructions and tracking information will be clearly provided.

How can I get free shipping?

For most countries and regions, we offer free shipping on orders over $69. Simply place an order that exceeds this value, and the shipping cost will be waived at checkout.

How do I pay for import duties and taxes?

Many countries have a tax exemption threshold for international e-commerce shipments. If your order is below this threshold, you may avoid import duties. If your order exceeds the exemption limit, you can email us to request splitting the order. If your country or region does not have an exemption or has a very low threshold, please consult your local customs office or have a customs broker handle the import tax payment.
